The "My Account" page contains links to Add or Edit personal information, addresses, payment methods and shipping preferences. Sales Limitations and Liablity
In no event shall Micron America or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Prices are subject to change without notice. Micron America is not responsible for typographical errors.
Warranty Limitations
All Micron America Machines come with a one year (1) parts and service warranty to cover all manufacturer defects.
Payment Terms
Terms of payment are within Micron America's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Micron America, payment must be received by Micron Americal prior to Micron America's acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Micron America.
Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Micron America may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Micron America until accepted by Micron America.
Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. Fill in the requested form on-line or off-line. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations. Our security server safely handles the transferring of your credit card information. You will be charged in U.S. dollars.
Shipping Charges/Taxes
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Micron America's website as well as invoice(s). You are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Micron America's invoice. Micron America will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of God.
Very Fast Time - all shipments are either by Airmail or by Express courier with delivery to most countries around the world.
Delivery time varies from country to country: the Express Courier delivers within 5-7 days in most countries. The products are delivered worldwide. Micron America is doing its best to offer the lowest shipping prices. The shipping fees are based on the value of the items and the method of shipment; each country zone has different delivery costs that are clearly indicated in the order form.
