Our I-SMGTW #15 (2” / 50 mm) iron steel sheet metal grommets with nup teeth washers are the largest in our iron steel series. They are designed for oversized banners, industrial tarps, stage curtains, and other heavy fabrics. These grommets require a pre-punched hole before setting, which ensures accuracy and a secure hold. Each bag contains 100 complete sets in multiple finishes.

Installation & Machine Compatibility
For smaller runs, a hand tool can be used. In addition, the M-3 machine is suitable for consistent production. Moreover, the MH-5 machine provides one-shot installation to cut and set in a single step. For heavy industrial work, the MC-20 double cylinder machine ensures fast and efficient performance.
Material Note
Iron steel is economical and durable; however, it is not fully resistant to corrosion. Therefore, when used outdoors for long periods, rust may occur. For indoor projects or short-term outdoor use, these grommets are ideal. For marine or permanent outdoor environments, we recommend brass or stainless steel grommets.
