The 7/16 inch grommet kit from MICRON® America is built for hand tool installation of sheet metal grommets & teeth washers – size #3 (7/16”). Teeth washers feature biting edges that grip the material, preventing pull-through and offering superior strength compared to plain washers. Ideal for outdoor tarps, signage, canvas projects, and industrial covers.

Tools Included

  • Hole cutter – makes clean and precise holes

  • Grommet setting die (inserting die + die block) – ensures tight, secure fastening

  • Plastic base – stabilizes material and protects surfaces during installation

How to Use

  1. Cut the hole with the included cutter.

  2. Insert grommet and teeth washer into alignment.

  3. Strike the die with a wood or nylon mallet until the grommet is fully set.
