The MICRON® Rolled Rim Grommets & Spur Washers Cutting and Setting Dies Sets Size #6 (13/16”) are engineered for industrial-strength applications. These dies deliver clean, secure, and reliable grommet installations for tarps, banners, leather, canvas, and heavy-duty fabrics. Built from hardened carbon steel and certified ISO 9001 & CE, they provide precision and long-lasting performance.

How It Works – 2-Step Installation

First Step (Hole Piercing): Install the piercing die to make a clean hole in the fabric or material.

Second Step (Set the Grommet): Insert the setting dies, place the grommet and washer, then press. The grommet locks firmly with the spur washer, ensuring maximum holding power.

Each complete die set includes:

• 2 pcs Setting Dies (Upper & Lower)

• 1 pc Hole Piercing Die

• 1 pc Polyamide Support Disk

• Lower Die (Anvil / Bottom Die): Ø 11.95 mm smooth base
