      DEP-2 Stroking Hand Press – Heavy-Duty Manual Machine for Professional Fastener Setting

      The MICRON® DEP-2 Stroking Hand Press is a brand-new, CE-certified manual press with a rigid, heavy-duty sphero cast-iron body for strength and durability. It is designed for professionals who need reliable performance every day. As a result, the press delivers steady force and clean sets on dense materials. Since replacement parts and service are always available, the DEP-2 keeps production running for years.

      Tooling & Adjustments

      The DEP-2 works with interchangeable dies that fit most MICRON® fasteners:

      • Top/Upper Dies: ¼″-20 UNC (threaded) or Ø9.5 mm (3/8″) smooth shank.

      • Lower Die Base: Ø18.95 mm (¾″) smooth or Ø11.95 mm (15/32″) smooth.

      • Double-stroking system: Helps the dies press deeper and roll over smoothly on thicker materials.

      • Adjustable stroke & pressure screw: Lets the operator control set height with precision.

      • Adjustable die spacing: Adapts easily to different hardware sizes and material thicknesses.

      Operation

      The DEP-2 is simple to use and built for comfort:

      • Long lever reduces hand force, so operators work faster with less fatigue.

      • Bench-mounted setup ensures stability; however, the press can also be used around large banners and plates when needed.
