This hand tool kit is designed for setting rolled rim grommets and spur washers in size #0 (9/32 inch). The kit includes a hole cutter, inserting die, die block, and a durable plastic base for manual installation. Please note that grommets and washers are not included and must be purchased separately.

Rolled rim grommets have a smooth rolled edge, while spur washers feature interlocking teeth that grip canvas, vinyl, leather, or fabric. As a result, the combination delivers a secure, rugged, and long-lasting setting.

• Installation Notes:

  • Always use a wooden or rawhide mallet (not a steel hammer).

  • First, cut the hole with the included cutter.

  • Next, place the grommet and washer in position and align.

  • Finally, tap lightly at first, then increase force until the grommet is set.
