13/32″ Rolled Rim Grommet Hand Tool Kit – Size #1 | Hole Cutting Tool, Die & Base Included

This hand tool kit is designed for setting rolled rim grommets and spur washers in size #1 (13/32”). The kit includes a hole cutter, inserting die, die block, and a durable plastic base for manual installation. Please note that grommets and washers are not included and must be purchased separately.

Rolled rim grommets feature a smooth rolled edge, while spur washers have interlocking teeth that grip fabric, canvas, or leather tightly. As a result, this pairing delivers a rugged, reliable, and long-lasting setting.

In addition, this kit is easy to use and perfect for DIY repairs or small production runs. It is commonly used with tarps, boat covers, awnings, marine canvas, leather goods, and industrial textiles. Therefore, it provides both versatility and strength in one compact tool set.

• Compatibility: Same size as Stimpson grommet #1.

• Installation Notes:

  • Always use a wooden or rawhide mallet (not a steel hammer).

  • First, cut the hole with the included cutter.

  • Next, place the grommet and washer in position.

  • Finally, tap lightly to align, then strike firmly until the grommet is fully set.
