This hand tool kit is designed for installing rolled rim grommets and spur washers in size #4 (9/16”). The kit includes a hole cutter, inserting die, die block, and a durable plastic base for manual installation. Grommets and washers are not included and must be purchased separately.

Rolled rim grommets provide a smooth rolled edge, while spur washers include sharp interlocking teeth that bite firmly into canvas, leather, or fabric. As a result, this design creates a rugged, secure, and long-lasting setting.

• Installation Notes:

  • Always use a wooden or rawhide mallet (not a steel hammer).

  • First, cut the hole with the included cutter.

  • Next, position the grommet and washer.

  • Finally, tap lightly to align, then strike firmly until the grommet is set.
