This hand tool kit is designed for installing rolled rim grommets and spur washers in size #5 (5/8”). The kit includes a hole cutter, inserting die, die block, and a durable plastic base for manual installation. Grommets and washers are not included and must be purchased separately.

• Installation Notes:

  • Always use a wooden or rawhide mallet (not a steel hammer).

  • First, cut the hole with the included cutter.

  • Next, position the grommet and washer.

  • Finally, tap lightly to align, then strike firmly until the grommet is set.
