M-3 All-in-One Hand Press Machine – Textile Fastening & Grommet Press

The M-3 Hand Press is a brand-new, CE-certified manual machine designed for daily production. Built from heavy-duty sphero cast iron, it provides exceptional strength and long service life. Since replacement parts and service are always available, the M-3 remains productive for many years. As a result, shops achieve repeatable sets with less effort and cleaner results on dense materials.

Precision & Compatibility

The M-3 works with interchangeable dies that cover most MICRON® fasteners.

• Top/Upper Dies: Two options — ¼″-20 UNC (threaded) and Ø9.5 mm (3/8″) smooth shank.

• Lower Die Base: Two options — Ø18.95 mm (¾″) smooth and Ø11.95 mm (15/32″) smooth.

To ensure accuracy, operators quickly adjust the bottom-die base to match the fastener size. When properly aligned, the handle rests at a 90° angle, which guarantees correct pressure and smooth setting results.

Ergonomics & Capacity

The extra-long lever reduces hand force, while the deep frame and high neck accept larger tooling. Therefore, the M-3 installs grommets up to #18 (2 ½”). Thanks to this wide capacity, one machine easily handles diverse jobs in textiles, leather, and industrial production.

Safety & Setup

For maximum safety, the press must be securely table-mounted. When placed at waist height, the machine offers better leverage and keeps alignment true even during long production runs.
