MC-20 Double Cylinder Multi-Function Pneumatic Fastening Machine

The MC-20 Double Cylinder Multi-Function Pneumatic Fastening Machine is a Made in Europe MICRON® brand unit designed for heavy-duty snap, grommet, rivet, Jean button, and curtain grommet applications. With interchangeable dies, double pneumatic cylinders, and up to 950 kg/cm² pressure, it handles everything from #1.7 (1/8”) grommets to #18 (2 ½”) curtain grommets.

Interchangeable dies (top 1/4″-20 or Ø9.5 mm; lower Ø18.95 mm or Ø11.95 mm).

Equipped with metal cutting capability, it is ideal for metal signage and industrial textiles. Powered by 110/220V AC + 150 PSI compressor, and fitted with a mica safety cover + dual sensor system for maximum operator safety.

    The MC-20 Double Cylinder Multi-Function Pneumatic Fastening Machine is a CE-certified MICRON® brand machine Made in Europe. Built for industrial strength, precision, and flexibility, it installs snaps, grommets, rivets, buttons, jean rivets, and curtain grommets with reliable performance across demanding production environments.

    Key Features

    • Double pneumatic cylinders apply up to 950 kg/cm² pressure for heavy-duty applications.

    • Interchangeable die system supports a wide variety of fasteners.

    • Handles small to large grommets: from #1.7 (1/8”) to #18 (2 ½”) curtain grommets.

    • Laser pointer and digital control panel for precise stroke adjustment and fastener counts.

    • Optional foot pedal operation for hands-free use.

    • Compatible with 110V or 220V AC power and requires an air compressor at 150 PSI.

    • Metal cutting capability makes it an excellent choice for the signage and outdoor advertising industries.

    • Top/upper dies are available in two interfaces: 1/4″-20 UNC and Ø9.5 mm (3/8″) smooth.

    • Lower die bases are available in Ø18.95 mm (≈3/4″) smooth and Ø11.95 mm (≈15/32″) smooth.

    Safety System

    The MC-20 includes a mica safety cover with dual pneumatic mini-cylinder sensors. The sensors detect the cover’s position and only allow operation when it is properly secured. Removing the mica cover may disable the safety system and is strongly discouraged.
