MPBC-300 Dual-Head Pneumatic Button Cover & Fabric Cutting Machine (2-in-1, Dual Operator)

The MPBC-300 Dual-Head Pneumatic Button Cover & Fabric Cutting Machine is a 2-in-1 system designed for high-efficiency production. It combines fabric cutting and button covering in one workstation. Therefore, two operators can work at the same time, using separate pedals, which results in higher speed and consistent quality.

In addition, this machine can cut several fabric layers at once. It covers buttons with stable pressure and smooth operation. As a result, it is ideal for bridalwear, fashion, millinery, and upholstery, especially for upholstery buttons with ridged pins used on sofas, chairs, and headboards.

Moreover, interchangeable dies allow for quick setup changes.

For safety, the MPBC-300 is pedal-operated and does not include a built-in pneumatic interlock. However, if required, a dual-button safety system can be added by request. Finally, adjustable pressure makes it suitable for both light and dense fabrics.

The MPBC-300 runs on 4–6 bar pressure. For stability, use it with its dedicated table, while casters are optional for mobility. Consequently, the MPBC-300 offers durability, speed, and flexibility, making it the right solution for professionals who demand performance.
