MICRON® America produces the 1/8″ paper eyelet setting dies – D-PED #1.7 for professionals who need a secure and decorative eyelet finish. Unlike standard self-piercing dies, this design creates a unique Daisy Style curl, ideal for both strength and appearance.
Daisy Style Curl
The Daisy Style die makes the eyelet neck roll outward, forming a flower-like shape. This design not only looks attractive but also increases holding power. As a result, bags, banners, and paper products remain secure even under stress. In addition, the decorative style offers a premium finish that enhances product presentation.
Machine Compatibility
Each die set has dimensions similar to self-piercing dies, ensuring simple installation.
