PL-10 Pneumatic Plastic & Metal Fastener Attaching Machine

The PL-10 pneumatic fastener machine is a lightweight, portable air press for in-house and on-site work. Therefore, crews can roll the unit to the job instead of moving heavy materials to a bench. ST37 (S235JR) welded, powder-coated frame. The compact footprint and caster wheels even allow floor-level operation—ideal for large banners, tarps, and other hard-to-lift pieces.

Power & tooling. The PL-10 requires an air compressor rated to 150 PSI. It uses interchangeable dies for a wide variety of fasteners. Top/upper dies are available in two interfaces: 1/4″-20 UNC and Ø9.5 mm (3/8″) smooth. Lower die bases also come in two sizes: Ø18.95 mm (≈3/4″) smooth and Ø11.95 mm (≈15/32″) smooth. Additionally, the PL-10 can accept industrial dies for heavier materials, including webbing-reinforced fabrics used in tents, tarps, straps, and outdoor gear.

What it sets. The machine installs plastic grommets #1 (5/16″), #2 (3/8″), and #3 (15/32″) for signage and textile applications. Moreover, it supports small metal grommets, jean rivets, buttons, and snaps, giving shops broad capability in one portable system.

Materials. Vinyl, corrugated plastic, chipboard, poster board, industrial textiles, fabric, webbing-reinforced materials, other plastics, and many specialty substrates. Consequently, the PL-10 becomes a go-to all-purpose fastener solution for print, sign, textile, and industrial fabric teams.
