The MICRON® Rolled Rim Grommets & Spur Washers Cutting and Setting Dies Sets Size #8 (1-3/32”) are designed for heavy-duty, high-precision grommet installation. Built from hardened carbon steel and ISO 9001 & CE certified, these dies guarantee clean and consistent results in industrial applications.

How It Works – 2-Step Installation

First Step (Hole Piercing): Install the piercing die to make a clean hole in the material.

Second Step (Set the Grommet): Insert the setting dies, place the grommet and washer, then press. The grommet locks securely with the spur washer for maximum holding power.

Each complete die set includes:

• 2 pcs Setting Dies (Upper & Lower)

• 1 pc Hole Piercing Die

• 1 pc Polyamide Support Disk

• Upper Die (Piercer / Top Die): 1/4″ UNC threaded shaft

• Lower Die (Anvil / Bottom Die): Ø 11.95 mm smooth base
