The MICRON® Rolled Rim Grommets & Spur Washers Cutting and Setting Dies Sets Size #4 (9/16”) are designed for strength, long life, and precision. Built from hardened carbon steel and certified with ISO 9001 & CE, these dies deliver steady performance for textiles, leather, canvas, tarps, plastics, and industrial fabrics.

How It Works – 2-Step Installation

First Step (Hole Piercing): Install the piercing die to make a clean hole in the material. For example, banners, tents, or canvas fabrics.

Second Step (Set the Grommet): Insert the setting dies, place the grommet and washer, and then press. As a result, the grommet locks firmly into the washer for a secure hold.

Each complete die set includes:

  • 2 pcs Setting Dies (Upper & Lower)

  • 1 pc Hole Piercing Die

  • 1 pc Polyamide Support Disk
