Our self-piercing brass grommets & washers – Size #1-J (1/4″) are manufactured  from cartridge brass containing 70% copper and 30% zinc, these grommets deliver superior durability, malleability, and long-term performance in both indoor and outdoor applications.

Each bag includes 500 complete sets (eyelet + washer), making them perfect for bulk and industrial applications.

HSAS (Hole Size After Setting): 6.1 mm / 1/4”
FLG (Flange Diameter): 11.5 mm / 29/64”
LUF (Length Under Flange): 5.4 mm / 7/32”
IDW (Inside Diameter of Washer): 7.0 mm / 9/32”
ODW (Outside Diameter of Washer): 11.5 mm / 29/64”
