MICRON® America designs the 1/8″ self piercing grommet setting dies – D-SPGD #1.7 for professionals who need fast and accurate grommet setup. This 2 pcs set (upper and lower dies) is made from stainless steel for long life and rust resistance. The dies set self-piercing grommets in one motion, saving time and reducing mistakes.

The spring-action grip holds each grommet tight during setup. This design prevents slips, keeps placement exact, and makes work easier for operators. By using spring force, the dies improve speed and lower the chance of errors.

Each die set has a threaded 1/4″ UNC top shaft, which makes it simple to mount on MICRON machines. They also fit other leading grommet machines, making them a flexible tool for sign shops, banner makers, upholstery work, and textile factories.
