The MICRON® Sheet Metal Grommets & Washers Cutting and Setting Dies Sets Size #7 (1”) deliver precision, durability, and efficiency. How It Works – Fast 2-Step Installation
To simplify production, our dies cut and set in two steps:

Hole Piercing: First, insert the piercing die. It creates a clean hole in the fabric or material.

Grommet Setting: Next, insert the setting dies, place the grommet and washer, and finish the installation.
Because the fabric stays fixed, this process prevents shifting, improves accuracy, and ensures strong results. As a result, operators save both time and material.
