Description

MICRON® America sheet metal grommets with neck washers are engineered for secure installation and consistent machine feeding. Same size as Stimpson grommets, fully compatible with Stimpson machines and dies. The neck washer is designed to slide down the machine track (“roadway”), ensuring quick and accurate placement with manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic machines, including the MICRON® America M-500.

Material Benefits
Made from ALFA brass (70% copper, 30% zinc), also known as cartridge brass. This alloy is durable, flexible, and corrosion-resistant. Brass may tarnish naturally over time, but tarnish does not weaken the part, making it reliable for indoor and outdoor use.
