The Single Cap Tubular Rapid Rivets 6 mm (1/4”) – 100 Sets are reliable fasteners with a cap on one side and a hollow post on the other. Moreover, they provide a clean finish where only the front side is visible. As a result, they are widely used in denim, leather, and light industrial projects.

Installation (Step-by-Step)

Punch a hole in the material.

Insert the hollow pin through the pre-punched hole.

Place the cap on the post.

Secure using a rivet setter or press. Consequently, the tubular post expands and holds the materials tightly.
How They Work
The hollow tubular post expands when compressed into the cap. Therefore, the rivet firmly grips the material from one side. In addition, the cap side remains smooth and decorative.
