The MICRON® Snap Cover Button Sets combine two fastener solutions designed for professional applications:

Installation Process for Baseball Cap Snap Cover Button Set
Begin with the MD-1 Fabric Covering Machine. Place the uncover aluminum cap, plastic part, and cap pin into the dies and cover them with fabric. This step produces a fabric-covered button with a smooth, durable finish. Next, move to a manual hand press such as the MICRON® TEP-1, TEP-3, or M-3. Using snap setting dies, press the covered button together with snap components. As a result, the button and snap form a complete set ready for use on baseball caps and hats.

1. Baseball Cap Snap Cover Button Set (3 pcs)
Contents: Uncover aluminum shell, plastic part, and cap pin
Sizes: 24L (15 mm), 28L (18 mm), 32L (20.5 mm), 36L (23 mm)
