The Tubular Rapid Rivets 11 mm (7/16”) – Double Cap – 100 Sets are designed for heavy-duty fastening. They deliver both strength and a clean, two-sided appearance. Moreover, their large size makes them suitable for heavy denim, leathercraft, and industrial textiles.
What’s Included
Each bag contains 100 complete sets with a cap pin (male) and a cap (female). The rivets are made of brass with protective finishes. Therefore, they resist rust and wear even in tough conditions.
Sizes & Finishes
These rivets are available in multiple sizes: 4 mm (3/16”), 6 mm (1/4”), 9 mm (3/8”), and 11 mm (7/16”).
Standard finishes include Brass, Nickel, Antique Brass, Black Oxide, Copper Oxide, and Black Nickel (Fume). Consequently, designers and manufacturers can match rivets to any project style.

Installation (Step-by-Step)

Punch a hole in the fabric or leather.

Insert the cap pin through the pre-punched hole.

Place the opposite cap on the post.

Use a setter or press to secure the rivet. Consequently, the tubular post expands and locks the layers tightly.
How They Work
The tubular post expands inside the female cap. Therefore, the rivet clamps the materials securely. In addition, the double-cap design leaves a smooth and decorative surface on both sides.
