RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Returns must reference a Return Authorization Number (RMA#), be returned in original packaging, and be resalable as new
- Any product returned without an RMA# will not be issued a credit
- Our shipping department will NOT accept any packages without an RMA or EX # on the package and merchandise will not be credited
- Credit will be issued on merchandise only, not freight
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility and should be sent prepaid. Grommet Mart, Inc. does not accept COD’s
- All returns must be received within 7 days of purchase
- Any Grommet Machines or Dies that are defective due to material or manufacturer defects will be accepted for replacement during the warranty period only
- All returns, except for defective products, will be charged a minimal 20% restocking fee
- Hand Tools and Dies are final sale, and cannot be returned NO EXCEPTIONS.
- We will not accept the return of used products. Items must be in new/unused condition when received
- Any returns will NOT be accepted after 30 days
- Credits due to return may take 30-45 days to process
- Customer is responsible for freight charges on refused & undeliverable orders
- Claims for shortage, damages and discrepancies must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and must have original shipping carton.
- We ship orders same day if processed before 3pm. If you require next day air shipping on orders placed after 4pm, please contact us directly at 973-569-4100.
- Free Shipping on orders over $100.00, except for expedited shipments.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
Grommet Mart will ship any of your orders except LTL shipment in same day unless it’s after 3:30pm EST time return.
