once you place your order on the merchandise you select, you will be automatically directed to an order form to fill out. You need to fill all necessary information required for us to process and ship your order.

This information is kept behind the Micronamerica.com firewall, on separate servers. Transactions are conducted through encrypted channels. you may access your account on-line, once you have logged-in to the Micron America website. Simply click on the “My Account” button, located to the left of the page. The “My Account” page contains links to add or Edit personal information, addresses, payment methods and shipping preferences. If you have any questions about your profile, send an e-mail to email@example.com.
our customers have the option to change or edit any information in their account. We do require that you update your address in a timely manner, if the original address stored in your account has changed or if you moved. The information in your online account needs to be accurate and up to date in order to receive the best shipping results and avoid merchandise loss.
we recommend you inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. If any defect is found in the merchandise, please call us and let us know within 5 business days. We take responsibility to replace damaged merchandise if returned in the original packaging box. If the carrier loses your merchandise or destroys it in transit, we will file a claim for reimbursement provided you call us and let us know as soon as you discover the damage. Freight collect customers though, need to file their own claim with the carrier, but also need to let us know in case a damage incident occurs. Please do not return any of our merchandise without first calling us or our customer service support team. Unauthorized products will be rejected. Returns should be sent to us after informing our customer service about the damage. Any returns made without calls won’t be accepted. Grommets should be returned in an un-opened package (The plastic bag should be sealed and not opened). Grommets should be returned in their original packaging and not in a different bag or box.
a customer can purchase their order on line or on the phone. However in an instance of order change or cancellation, the customer should do so within 3 hours if the order is placed before 3pm same day.
a return claim should be filed on our website before returning the merchandise. Customers should send us an email or file a claim on MicronAmerica website to inform us about their intention to return a damaged product. After filing a claim using the website RMA link, an authorization number will be issued in 24 hours. That number needs to be sent with the returned merchandise in order for us to process and accept your claim. Merchandise without an RMA number won’t be accepted.
prices are subject to change without notice. We take pride in being a company that DOES NOT APPLY HIDDEN SURCHARGE FEES UNLIKE OTHER COMPANIES.
we offer free samples at our customers’ request. The customer is only responsible for shipping and handling costs which come to a flat rate of $12. Next day delivery is also available provided the customer pays the required shipping fee.
we offer a “One Year Manufacturer’s Warranty” for our Micron attaching machines which includes all parts and service (instruction manual and video tutorial) to cover all manufacturer defects. The instructions on how to set up your machine are found on the website or you may send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org for technical support. There is no warranty on dies, cutters, hand tools or any other product except machines. The customer can test the product for intended use. However any breach or violation to the intended use mode instructed in the user manual, causing any incidental damage will void the warranty. The customer is responsible for any negligence or misuse whether intentional or non-intentional. Products that do not carry the appropriate product reference number and the manufacturer’s label will not be accepted for returns or replacement.
all payments are verified and secured. Terms of payment are within Grommet Mart, sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed by Grommet Mart, payment must be received by Grommet Mart, prior to Grommet Mart acceptance of an order. Payment for the products can be made using a credit card, wire transfer, or some other pre-arranged payment methods agreed by Grommet Mart. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Grommet Mart may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Micron America until accepted by Micron America. Fill in the requested form on-line following our online form, or you can chose to do it over the phone by calling our customer service agents. Your credit card is charged at time of sales order. We do not release your credit card information to any outside organizations. Our security server safely handles the transferring of your credit card information. You will be charged in U.S. dollars.
separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Micron America’s website as well as invoice(s). The customer is responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Micron America’s invoice. Micron America will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or natural disasters.
all shipments are either by Airmail or by Express courier with delivery to most countries around the world. For international shipping, Delivery time varies from country to country: Express Courier deliveries are within 5-7 days in most countries. Grommet Mart is doing its best to offer the lowest shipping prices. The shipping fees are based on the value of the items and the method of shipment; each country zone has different delivery costs that are clearly indicated on the order form.
