The Jean Rivets – 9.5 mm – Capped & Double Side Capped (100 Sets) are reliable fasteners for denim garments. They reinforce stress points such as pockets, seams, and belt loops. As a result, garments last longer and maintain a professional finish.
Durable Construction
Each set includes a capped rivet and a solid nail. The nail locks firmly into the rivet cap. In addition, both capped and double side capped styles are available. Therefore, you can choose the design that best fits your garment line.
Available Finishes
Our rivets are offered in 7 standard finishes: Brass, Nickel, Antique Brass, Black Oxide, Copper Oxide, Black Nickel, and Copper. Moreover, these finishes provide flexibility to match any denim or workwear project.
Installation
These rivets are easy to apply with manual machines like TEP-1, TEP-3, and M-3. For higher production, they also work with pneumatic machines such as PL-10, MC-20, and MS-1. As a result, they are suitable for both small workshops and industrial factories.
Custom Logo Rivets
MICRON® America also offers custom logo jean rivets. Your brand can be stamped or engraved on the rivet cap. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 sets. In addition, all finishes are available for custom logo orders.
